FreedomFlow is designed to give you complete control of your financial information. Your budgets, debts, payments, and payoff simulations are stored securely on your device and are not automatically shared or uploaded to our servers. You can clear or export your data at any time directly from your device.

3. What We Collect

We collect only the limited information necessary to operate FreedomFlow and communicate with you:

• Email address: used for account verification and secure sign-in.
• Name (first & last): optional and used to personalize communication.
• Updates preference: whether you’ve chosen to receive product updates and early-access notifications.

This information is stored securely and used only for account access and direct communication related to FreedomFlow. We never sell, trade, or share your personal data with advertisers.

4. Verification & Access

To protect your account, we use short-lived verification codes sent to your email. These codes are stored only temporarily and are automatically removed after use or expiration. FreedomFlow does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and no behavioral profiling is performed.

5. Service Providers

We work with a small number of trusted third-party providers who help deliver core features such as email delivery and secure data storage. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality obligations and are only permitted to process information necessary to support FreedomFlow’s operations.

We do not allow third parties to use your information for marketing or advertising purposes.

FreedomFlow uses essential browser storage only to maintain your session and keep your data accessible on your device. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

7. Data Control & Deletion

Because your financial data remains on your device, you have full control over it. You can clear your browser data or uninstall the app to permanently remove your information. If you would like your account or contact details removed from our system, email support@freedomflow.app and we’ll process your request promptly.

8. Security

We take data security seriously and use industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or misuse. Our systems are designed to collect and retain as little personal data as possible, reducing exposure and risk.

9. Children’s Privacy

FreedomFlow is intended for adults managing personal finances. It is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top will always indicate the latest version. Significant updates will be communicated through the app or via email if applicable.
